Bill Benner

William (Bill) Benner has more than 30 years of leadership, management, and consulting experience in human capital management, human resources, leadership and organizational development, employee engagement, and executive and management coaching in Federal and local government, private sector businesses, including financial services, and nonprofit organizations. Mr. Benner is President of WW Consulting, Inc. based in the Northern Virginia/Washington, D.C. area and is a Founding Partner of Triscendance LLC, which specializes in leadership team trust workshops and online organizational and leadership team trust surveys.

During his illustrious career, Bill has served as an Executive Advisor for Strategy and Organization and Human Capital consulting with a premier Washington, D.C. - based management consulting firm, as Director of Training and Development within the Federal Intelligence Community, as Vice President, Human Resources and Executive Adviser for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, as Manager of Human Resources Programs at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, and as Compensation and Benefits Administrator for Prince George’s County, Maryland.

Bill is a graduate of Newfield Network’s Coaching for Professional and Personal Mastery and Coaching in Business Programs, has received Newfield’s Certification in Executive Coaching, is a member of The International Coaching Federation, and has served on the Advisory Board for the former Human Resources Institute (HRI) in St. Petersburg, FL and later the Institute for Corporate Productivity, as well as Chairman for the Emerging Leader Program for the United Way of Greater Richmond and Petersburg.
